Converting lengths

This morning we measured things in Mr Ellis' classroom: his desk, tables, computers, and displays. We worked out the lengths in centimetres. Then we tried to convert each length into metres. It was tricky! We checked our calculations using an app called 'Convert' on the iPads!

There's an obtuse angle imbetween his right hand and his right leg.It is an obtuse angle because it is more  than 90 decrees.From his head to his right shoulder is an acute. It is an acute angle because it is smaller than 90 decrees.

There is an acute angle between the left arm and the body. It is acute because it is less than 90 decrees.

Why should we have a non uniform day?

I think we should have a non uniform day because we can raise money. We could give lots of money to charity for homeless people.A non uniform day would make more children come to school,show how different we are and we will work harder.

Look how upset these children look in their school uniform. Could you imagine how happy they'd be if they had a non uniform day? They would work harder.

We should have a none uniform day because it will raise money and we can give it to the homeless charity.

Why should we have a non uniform day?

I think we should have a non uniform day because we will work harder. We will do more maths and more georaphy and more english.I think we should have non uniform  day because will raise money  for charity and both play grounds.

A non uniform day will be good for our attendance.  We will come to school every single day if we don't  wear our school uniform.
